These Terms & Conditions below govern the use of VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is operated and managed by VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd (ABN72199021107). In these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “VIP Safety Workwear” or “vipsafetyworkwear.com.au” means VIP Safety Workwear Pty Limited trading as VIP Safety Workwear (ABN 20 606 186 430) Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of Australia only.

All sales are final. It is a strict policy of VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd that all online purchases are to be paid for prior to postage of the products; no matter the purchase value. VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. If you are refused an order and monies have been transferred, they will be refunded within 14 business days, minus a $25.00 accounting fee.
HOW TO ORDER
By clicking on a particular style you will see the details of that style including the image, price, colour and description. To see an enlarged picture, simply click on the image. To add the item to your shopping basket, simply click on ADD TO CART. Keep browsing and adding items in this way.
SHOPPING CART
You can review your items at any time by clicking on CART. You can delete styles and change quantities as necessary. To amend the quantity, simply add the new quantity amount in the textbox, and click on UPDATE the order amount will adjust automatically. To delete an item click on the corresponding checkbox under the REMOVE column and click UPDATE. To continue shopping simply click on "continue shopping' button.
CHECKOUT
Once you’re happy with your order, click on CHECKOUT. All shipping costs will be added for you to review.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended. Some items may contain small parts. Please ensure children are adequately supervised when using or wearing any items.

We have taken care to ensure VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd and any e-mails are safe and free from viruses. However it is not the responsibility of VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd if the transfer of a virus does occur. VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd takes all precautions in virus scanning and internet/computer protection, but also encourages customers to scan for viruses and advises do not accept any e-mails that you think might be fraudulent.

PRICING
VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered & paid for.
GST & TAXES
All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates (10%)
PAYMENT METHODS AND CONTRACTS
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, PayPal. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers.
Goods will be forwarded to you as soon as the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you have entered into a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Refund, return & exchange will be granted, providing the following Policies being adhered to:
Products must be returned in original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as it was posted. Items must be without any signs of wear.
Items will be replaced if damaged during postage. Replacement item will be posted upon VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd receiving damaged goods returned and after passing inspection by the Quality Control Department for signs of tampering and/or wear. In this case the cost of return postage will be credited to customer.
VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd stocks limited available items and also 'one-of-a-kind' pieces. If items are unavailable for any reason, the exact item could be out of stock and therefore not available. In this situation a store credit will be offered to the customer and in some circumstances (at VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd discretion) a refund will be given.
Refunds must be requested by email within 24 hours of receiving goods. Don't send goods back until confirmed by VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd) first.
No refund, return or exchange on any sale items. This is unless items are damaged during postage. (Please see point 2 of refund, return & exchange Policies)
When seeking to return or exchange any goods the customer must pay for the return postage. This includes goods purchased with a free postage promotion.
VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd does not accept refunds, return or exchanges on VIP Safety Workwear Pty Ltd due to health reasons and regulations. This is unless items are damaged during postage. (Please see point 2 of refund & return Policies)
